Eldora Officials Designate Hoosier As Official Tires Of Biggest Dirt Race In The World™
Eldora Speedway and DIRTcar officials today announced the Hoosier Racing Tire compounds for the 46th running of the World 100 Weekend on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, September 8-9-10 – The Biggest Dirt Race In The World™.
The Hoosier LM 20 compound will be required on the Left Front (LF), Right Front (RF) and Left Rear (LR) positions for all events.
The Hoosier LM 20 and LM 40 compounds are optional on the Right Rear (RR) position for all events.
No grooving, no siping or pinning/needling is permitted on any tire. Buffing is permitted with no visual cuts. Aggressive, nail or traction inducing sipe grinding will result in disqualification pre- or post-race.
DIRTcar rules governing mechanical rules and chemical alteration of tires will govern the event.
